This first floor, two bedroom, Alpine style apartment located in a traditional style chalet building has a modern, well appointed interior. Situated in the picturesque village of Les Houches at the foot of Mont Blanc it is ideally located for access to the Bellevue cable car which is just two minutes walk from the apartment.

Situated on the corner of a chalet style building with a large south facing balcony ideal for alfresco dining or sun downers with stunning alpine views this is the ideal holiday get away. The living accommodation has been traditionally furnished by a local interior designer in Chamonix and is extremely comfortable and welcoming after a day in the mountains.
The apartment is fully equipped for self catering but if you fancy a meal out there are many reasonably priced restaurants in Les Houches within easy walking distance or there is the free shuttle bus service to Chamonix which stops opposite the apartment. The famous mens downhill world championship ski race runs behind the apartment and from there you can ski back to the apartment.
The lounge/dining area is tastefully furnished with settee, comfy seating, dining table and chairs, tv and dvd player. The French windows open out onto a large south facing balcony.
The kitchen which is open plan is modern and fully kitted out with all mod cons including a dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker and kettle.
Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with stylish bedroom furniture and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room with wardrobe, chest of drawers and spacious enough for additional sleeping for two children.
Bathroom 2 is a family bathroom with modern furnishings, bath and shower, toilet and washbasin.
The apartment has a private underground garage with automatic doors and access to a private ski locker.
