Spacious, 75 square metre, three bedroom, very well equipped apartment located in a traditional chalet style building in the beautiful village of Les Houches in the heart of the Chamonix valley. The apartment is just 150 metres from the nearest ski lift and 100 metres from the piste.
Centrally located in Les Houches but in a quiet area with stunning mountain views the apartment is extremely well equipped and furnished and is ideal for families including a range of baby and toddler equipment.
It sleeps up to 8 people with seating for up to 10 people and has a great range of home entertainment equipment. The apartment has been finished to a very high standard is modern and open in style but with many traditional alpine features.
The outdoor space is ideal in summer and winter with a large enclosed terrace plus connected balcony ideal for apres ski drinks after a day on the slopes.
There are two supermarkets and numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the apartment and a free local bus to Chamonix stops outside.
The lounge/dining area is very well furnished with a convertable double sofa bed plus a second sofa that can also be a full size single bed. There is comfy seating for eight people plus a flat screen tv, dvd player, cd, music library, stereo system, video and a range of books and toys. French doors open out onto the large terrace and balcony. The dining table has seating for 10 people.
The kitchen is modern and open plan with a breakfast bar separating it from the dining area and fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer,microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and ample kitchen ware for up to 10 people.
Bedroom 1 has double bed with stylish bedroom furniture including a wardrobe and drawers plus ensuite shower.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds with wardrobe and storage space.
Bedroom 3 has bunk beds plus a single bed and additional pullout single bed plus bedroom furniture.
The bathrooms are modern with white bathroom furnishings.
Bathroom 1 has a bath with shower, washbasin and toliet.
Bathroom 2 is ensuite to bedroom 1 and has a shower unit and washbasin.
There is a separate additional toilet.
The apartment has a secure allocated underground parking space and a lockable private ski locker.
