Located on the first floor of this lovely free standing chalet this recently renovated and newly furnished 75 sq metre apartment with three bedrooms is perfect for families and friends in winter or summer.

Apartment Savoy 2 is located less than 5 minutes walk from Chamonix’s main square and only 10 minutes walk from the Brevent cable car. The apartment has a spacious, open plan feel to it with high ceilings and mountain views from all the bedrooms and living area. The apartment has Wifi.

Although this three bedroom apartment sleeps up to seven people it is one of three privately owned holiday rental apartments in the same building and is therefore also ideal for larger groups of up to 16 people who wish to book all three apartments.

The apartment is comfortably furnished with wooden floors throughout and a contemporary style.

The lounge/dining area has French doors leading out to a large balcony with great views of the Mont Blanc mountain range. The living area is open plan which gives a spacious and modern layout to the room. There is an L shaped settee with coffee table, dining table and seating for seven people plus tv and Wifi.

The kitchen which runs the length of the living area is also open plan with plenty of work space, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and ample cooking/dining ware for seven people.

The bedrooms all lead off the main open plan living area.

Bedroom 1 is a twin bedded room with wardrobe, bedside tables and drawers and French doors leading to a balcony facing Mont Blanc.

Bedroom 2 has a single and bunk beds so sleeps three people plus a wardrobe, bedside table and drawers.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, bedside table and a double wardrobe with drawers.

Bathrooms 1 and 2 are modern and white with shower, large heated towel rail, washbasin and toilet.

The apartment has it’s own lockable ski room in the basement.

Although there is no private parking with the apartment there are three municipal car parks within five minutes walk.
